1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phtaya70 ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phtaya70 online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at phtaya70.vip (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of phtaya70, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phtaya70 Platform or any affiliated platform.

phtaya70 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of phtaya70 services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If phtaya70 discovers that you hold more than one account, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
• Keep your phtaya70 login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify phtaya70 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security.

phtaya70 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phtaya70 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. phtaya70 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Verification: phtaya70 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Prohibited Methods: Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on phtaya70, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. phtaya70 will provide reasonable notice before applying any such fee.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phtaya70 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• phtaya70 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or other means constitutes abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phtaya70 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

phtaya70 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. Our games are regularly audited by independent testing agencies to verify compliance with fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, phtaya70 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the corresponding wagers. phtaya70 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

The results displayed on the phtaya70 server shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the server record, the server record shall prevail.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phtaya70 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the phtaya70 Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software. Any such discovery must be reported to phtaya70 immediately and must not be used for personal gain.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phtaya70 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of phtaya70 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phtaya70.
• Use any phtaya70 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of phtaya70's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phtaya70.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaya70 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

phtaya70's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtaya70 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phtaya70's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

phtaya70 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

By using the phtaya70 Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are gambling for entertainment purposes only and not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options, if you feel your gambling is becoming difficult to control.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

phtaya70 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein.
• phtaya70 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• You fail to complete required identity verification within the timeframe specified by phtaya70.
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms.
• phtaya70 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, phtaya70 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, phtaya70 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your phtaya70 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phtaya70 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phtaya70 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the phtaya70 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and phtaya70, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. phtaya70 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority, including the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), in accordance with applicable regulations.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
